Each cell is factory-balanced and tested under simulated load conditions to ensure the same voltage profile, regenerative charging acceptance, and thermal behavior as the original equipment that shipped with your vehicle. The lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry delivers 3.2V nominal per cell with capacity ranges of 100-200 Ah+ depending on the exact pack configuration. Cell matching within 2% capacity and 0.5 milliohm internal resistance ensures balanced packs across series and parallel configurations.
