Each cell is factory-balanced and tested under simulated load conditions to ensure the same voltage profile, regenerative charging acceptance, and thermal behavior as the original equipment. The NCM chemistry delivers 3.65V nominal per cell with a 9.0 Ah capacity per 4680 cell. The 46mm x 80mm large cylindrical format allows drop-in replacement into OEM module housings used in 4680 structural battery packs. Cell matching within 1% capacity and 0.3 milliohm internal resistance ensures balanced packs across the structural pack configuration used in Model Y Juniper. Installation on the Tesla Model Y Juniper or Cybertruck follows the standard OEM service procedure.
