How we verify OE matching
Every EV battery SKU is cross-checked against the manufacturer's original part number before shipping. Three-step verification process:

OE number cross-reference. Catalog part number matched against the OEM's published reference for the target vehicle (Toyota, Honda, BYD, Tesla, etc.). Identical OE = guaranteed fitment.

Cell-level grading. Each pack is assembled from capacity-matched and internal-resistance-matched cells. Voltage, IR, and self-discharge values recorded against the OE spec.

Engineered specifically for the EV, truck, RV, golf cart, and electric bike segments, this LIANLI customized 24V/36V/48V/72V DC lithium-ion battery pack replaces conventional lead-acid packs with a lighter, longer-cycle, maintenance-free alternative. Each pack is factory-matched and tested under simulated load conditions to ensure the same voltage profile, charging acceptance, and thermal behavior as the original lead-acid pack it replaces. The pack is available in four nominal voltage tiers (24V, 36V, 48V, 72V) with capacity ranges from 50 Ah to 300 Ah depending on chemistry selection (LFP or NCM). LFP delivers 6000+ cycles at 80% DoD and is the recommended choice for deep-cycle applications such as RV house banks and golf carts. NCM delivers higher energy density and is the recommended choice for weight-sensitive applications such as small EVs and electric bikes. Cell matching within 2% capacity and 0.5 milliohm internal resistance ensures balanced packs across the entire configuration. Installation follows the standard OEM replacement procedure. With the system safely isolated, the existing lead-acid pack is disconnected from the traction circuit, the mounting tray cleaned, and the LIANLI pack lowered into position. Standard M8 ring terminals accept OEM cabling, and the included BMS harness connects to the existing controller. Total install time is approximately 30-45 minutes for a qualified service shop. Every LIANLI customized pack ships with a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and premature capacity loss below 70% of rated specification. Cross-border logistics is handled through established freight forwarders in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Shanghai, with DDP options available for buyers in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Poland, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa.
